About Us:
The origin of BK Restoration & Remodeling dates to 1971. Members of our staff have over 60 years of combined construction and general experience. We have specialized in restoration since 1985 and are privileged to be local direct repair vendors for top insurance companies. We work closely with insurance companies to repair and restore commercial and residential properties damaged by fire, water, wind and hail, as well as various other occurences and types of severe structural damage.
Whether it's water damage, wind, fire or hail... catastrophic restoration is something we are fully familiar with. We are premiere remodelers and professional restoration specialists. You can expect experienced workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards of excellence.

Jeff Koepke
Jeff graduated from Southeast Community College at Milford Nebraska in 1985. He then went to work for a custom cabinet builder in Lincoln and also did remodeling jobs on the side. In 1991 Jeff and Sharon had a house fire. Jim Bartolome was called in by Jeff and Sharon's insurance company to restore their home. Since then Jeff joined Jim in insurance restoration. Jeff and Sharon bought the business from Jim in 1997. Jeff can truely empathize with a disastrous fire. |

Mark Bartolome
Mark attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Mark worked for a commercial painting contractor, gaining extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential painting. After working for several years as a property manager for the largest property management company in Lincoln, Mark joined BK Restoration & Remodeling in 1997, working as a painting subcontractor. After working for a couple of years as our primary painter, Mark was trained as a carpenter specializing in framing, trimming and roofing repairs. Armed with several years of field work, Mark was moved into the office as a project manager in April of 2003. Mark's duties consist of working with insurance companies to establish value of repairs, communicating with the insured and coordinating the repair process. Having a professional with multi-faceted experience is an invaluable asset. |

Brian Senkbeil
Brian Senkbeil comes to BK Restoration & Remodeling with a prolific knowledge of construction. In addition to his construction knowledge, Brian has vast experience in customer relations. His employment history includes working at Hyland Brothers Lumber Company for 6 years as a sales representative to the remodeling market, as well as commercial and residential new construction markets. He worked closely with homeowners and builders on a 1:1 basis. After Hyland Brothers closed, Brian went to work for Window Option Specialists. During his 7 years of work there, Brian provided custom windows and doors to the general customer, as well as building professionals in and around the Lincoln community. Brian is a native Lincolnite, married to Rochelle, and their family includes their daughter, Amsley.
